Delete your account and data
You don't need the app installed to do this.
Fastest: inside the app
- Open Famzi and tap Parent
- Go to Family & account → Your data
- Tap Delete your account
You'll see exactly what gets removed before anything happens, and you'll be asked to confirm it's you.
Already uninstalled?
Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete everything for you, usually the same day, always within 30 days.

- Your login and email address
- Every child's name, age, avatar, photo, coins, stars and streaks
- All jobs, rewards and history
- Your family and its settings
What we keep afterwards
Nothing.
No backups, no copies, no advertising profile. If another parent is still using the family, their account and the children stay. Only your account is removed.
