Common questions
I forgot my parent PIN
Sign out, then sign back in with your email and password. Once you're back in, open Parent → Family & account and set a new PIN.
How do I add another parent?
Parent → Family & account → Invite a co-parent gives you a code to share. They enter it when they first open Famzi.
How do I remove a child?
Open Parent, choose the child's tab, and scroll to Remove [name] from Famzi at the bottom. Their coins, streak and jobs are deleted; other children aren't affected.
How do I delete everything?
See deleting your account and data. It works whether or not you still have the app installed.
